Registrationhanging around at Junebugs Gym

In order to register for any of our programs, we ask that you go to our home page and, if you are new to our gym, use the “Create Account” link to create your iClassPro account. Making the account is free and is required in order to enroll your child in any of our programs. Please read all of our Policies and Waivers as prompted by iClass Pro. Your digital signature on these policies is required in order to participate in our programs. If you are not sure if you have an account or have been to our gym in the past, you may already be in our database — please call our office for assistance.

Registration forms are available for download at the link provided below if you are unable to create an iClassPro account. We encourage you to contact us about any of the classes should you need assistance with finding the right class for your child. You may reserve a space for your child over the phone. However, due to high demand, retaining that space will require the submission of the registration form with payment on the first day of class. Failure to attend the first class will forfeit your place in the class.

JuneBug’s Gym FAQ

  1. Can I leave my child while they are in class?  Yes!, you mayIf your child is okay with you leaving, you may certainly leave to run a short errand if you know you will be back when class ends.

  1. Please take your conversations with other parents or cell phone calls outside while class is in progress. It is very distracting to the children and teachers who are trying hard to keep your child’s attention.

  1. Please do not coach your child from the sidelines—this is confusing to your child, and disruptive to both our staff and the other students. While it can be difficult to not intervene, it is important that your child learn how to follow the teacher’s directions. Praising, thumbs up and other positive affirmation is welcome! When we have a short water break you may talk to your child. If your child’s behavior is disrupting class we may opt to have them sit quietly with you in order to refocus prior to allowing them back on the gym floor.

  1. Make-Ups: Please remember, if you want your one make-up a month for a missed class, you must notify us at least one hour before class time in order to be eligible. We cannot schedule make-up classes if we don’t have room in our classes. This requires us to know if your child is going to be absent even if you have already met your one allowed eligible absence for the month. So please let our staff know by calling, emailing, or by scheduling those expected absences through your iClass Pro account so we can accommodate everyone looking to schedule their make-up classes. Make Up Tokens expire after 30 days.

  1. Please bring a water bottle for your child.  We have a water station with cups if you forgetWe ask that you not fill your adult water bottles from our water cooler—it is intended for the children and not for filling up large adult water bottle containers.

  1. Monthly Tuitions are billed on the 1st of the month and charged on the 10th. Please make sure you update expired cards, changes in address, or other changes to your information to insure a smooth billing process and to prevent interruptions in your child’s enrollment.

  2. Dropping Classes: You are required to give us 2 weeks notice, if you plan to drop classes. We have lengthy waitlists for many of our classes and simply not showing and/or paying is not sufficient communication should you intend to drop a class. We understand circumstances and children’s interests, family budgets, and schedules change—however, help us serve all of our families better through respectful communication!

  3. What to Wear? We cannot stress enough the need to dress your child appropriately. No jeans, dresses, tights, jewelry, or costumes (Unless its our annual Halloween Open House!)! Please dress your child in comfortable, loose clothing to allow for freedom movement. Clean, bare feet are best unless you have grippy-type socks. Should you need to outfit your young gymnast, we sell leotards, sweatpants and T-shirts.
