Here at JuneBug’s Gym class fees are due on the first week of each session. We do not mail out bills, so you must come to the office to pay your fees. We do offer auto pay. Please see the office to sign up for this service. Please remember that we must receive your payment by the 10th of each month or a $5.00 late fee is added to your account. There is a $12.00 fee added to all returned checks.
If your child is dropping from our program please call to notify the office. That space has been reserved for you child.
If the 10th of the month passes and we have not received payment or notification from you, your child will lose his or her space in the class. It is at that point we open our available classes to new students and our waiting list. Please do not send your child out into class without first contacting the office so that we may check on class availability for your child.
It is always best to attend your regularly scheduled class. However, if your child misses a class, a make-up can be arranged. This is a courtesy we offer to our customers, but we must limit them to one make-up per month. All make-ups must first be scheduled through the office and a missed make-up will count as a make-up. Make-ups will be given only where space is available and must be taken within four weeks from thedate of the missed class. Once your class is missed your make-up may be scheduled. If your class has less than 4 classes due to gym closures then make-ups will be allowed.
Parents! Your account will not be adjusted or prorated for any classes missed as we have hired instructors to teach the class your child signed up for whether or not they choose to attend.
What to Wear:
Students should wear a leotard or t-shirt, and gym shorts or pants. The most important consideration in clothing is freedom of movement. Extremely loose of baggy clothing should be avoided. Bare feet are best for all surfaces at our gym. Socks can cause slipping!
For the safety of the children, no gum chewing is allowed.
A few important reminders:
Upon arrival, please check in at front desk to ensure accurate roll.
We welcome parents and friends to watch your child’s class. We do, however, ask that you not coach or talk to your child while in class, talk loudly with others, or talk on your cell phone. This is to limit distractions for our students.
In parent participation classes, we limit one care-giver on the floor per child.
No food or drink ever allowed on the floor.
Please have your child to class on time. Late arrival causes disruptions to the class and the warm-up segment of the class is an essential part of the class.
