Skills Clinics

Our popular Skills Clinics are are now available for enrollment through iClassPro! This year we are offering the following:

January 17: Handstands!
Ready to take your gymnast’s handstands to the next level? In this clinic your gymnast will master their lunge, balance, coordination, and strength to achieve proper handstand form!

January 31: Bridges to Back Handsprings
Learn how to elevate your basic bridge with dynamic movement by building skills that will take your gymnast to the next level!

February 14: Bar Star Control
Learning to swing like a star begins with strong basic skills. Our bar-star clinic is designed to help your child conquer core moves from front support to pullovers and beyond!

February 28: Cartwheel Classics
Ready to nail down a foundational movement? Cartwheel Classic will teach your gymnast proper form and control for flawless and fun cartwheeling!

March 14: Rockin’ Roll to Flips
Connecting dynamic movements with control will build your core strength and teach your gymnast the exciting skill of harnessing momentum!

March 28: Beam Mastery
Your gymnast will learn how to travel the beam from end to end, connecting balance and movement with confidence!

Our popular Skills Clinics are for children ages 5 to 9 years old and geared to the intermediate-advanced student ready to challenge themselves. These 1-hour clinics focus on developing specific strength and coordination skills. Clinics are held on Fridays, 3:45-4:45pm (please note new time). Cost: $25 each. We offer 10% discount for siblings. Space is limited and Pre-registration and Pre-payment is required. Registration through your iClass Pro portal will open the first of each month for that month’s scheduled clinics.
